可控气管导管在吸引管辅助下经鼻盲探气管插管临床应用

目的观察可控气管导管在吸引管辅助下经鼻盲探气管插管临床应用效果。方法将80例患者分成4组,每组各20例,A组可控气管导管加吸引管辅助,B组可控气管导管,C组普通气管导管套囊充气法,D组普通气管导管经典调整头位法,观察一次操作成功率、操作时间、术后并发症（鼻后孔出血）、术后不良记忆、血压、心率、SpO2。结果一次操作成功率和操作时间A组明显优于其余3组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生率A、B组分别低于C、D组（P〈0.05）,术后不良记忆D组有2例。结论吸引管辅助可控气管导管用于盲探气管插管在临床上是可行的。

Clinical application of using endoflex tube assisted with suction tube in blind nasotracheal intubation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of using Endoflex tube assisted with suction tube in blind nasotracheal intubation.Methods 80 patients were divided into four groups of 20 Group A received Endoflex tube with suction tube.Group B received Endoflex tube only.Group C received cuff inflation method with ordinary endotracheal tube.Group D received classic head position adjustment method with ordinary endotracheal tube.First time successful rate,operation time,postoperative complications(choanal bleeding),post-operation bad memory,blood pressure,heart rate and SpO2%.Results The first time successful rate and the operation time of Group A is significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of Group A and B are lower than that of Group C and D(P<0.05).The complication rate of Group A and B are lower than that of Group C and D(P<0.05).There were two cases in Group D suffered from post-operation bad memory.Conclusion It is applicable to use Endoflex Tube assisted with suction tube in blind nasotrachel intubation.
