奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察

目的：观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月～2013年8月本院收治的90例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例，治疗组给予奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗，对照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗，其他内科常规治疗相同，比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%，对照组总有效率为75.6%，治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度评分较治疗前均显著下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组下降更显著（P＜0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死效果显著，能明显改善患者神经功能，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into control group （n=45） and treatment group （n=45）,the treatment group were given with oza-grel and edaravone,and the control group were treated by ozagrel,two groups were treated with routine therapy.Changes of neurological deficit score of two groups were assessed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%,higher than 75.6% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The scores of neurological deficit of two groups increased after treatment （P〈0.05）,and the treatment group improved more than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with edaravone has significant effects on treating acute cere-bral infarction,and can effectively improve the neurological function,so is worthy of clinical using widely.
