七叶皂苷钠治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫42例

目的:观察七叶皂苷钠治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将79例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者分为对照组37例和试验组42例。对照组予以常规糖尿病治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加七叶皂苷钠治疗,于治疗前、治疗后14 d采用超声检测法测量胃排空、临床症状改善度评价及临床治疗效果评分进行评定,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组临床症状评分(6.07±1.70)分,低于对照组(10.05±1.27)分(P0.05),治疗后试验组胃半排空时间[(24.76±8.03)min]较对照组[(36.49±10.33)分]明显缩短(P0.05);试验组有效率远远高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用七叶皂苷钠治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著,且临床副反应少。

Forty-Two Cases with Gastroparesis of Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Sodium Aescinate

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of sodium aescinate on gastroparesis of type 2 diabetis.Methods:Totally 79 cases with gastroparesis of type 2 diabetes were randomized into control group (37 cases) and experment group (42 cases).Control group were given conventional treatment added with normal saline (NS) while experiment group were additionally given sodium aescinate.Fourteen days before and after the treatment,ultro-sonic detection method was applied to measure the stomach emptying,improvement evaluation of clinical symptoms and scores of clinical treatment scores.The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom score was (6.07 ± 1.70) in experiment group,lower than the (10.05 ± 1.27) in control group (P ＜0.05).The stomach emptying time was (24.76 ± 8.03) min in experiment group,obviously shorter than (36.49 ± 10.33) min in control group.The effective rate in experiment group was greatly higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of sodium aescinate on gastroparesis of type 2 diabetes is remarkable,the clinical side effects are few.
