《金匮要略》“瘀血”证治

"满""燥""青""涩"四字,即"瘀血"的四大主症。然而若是遵循教条主义,受原有理论框架的束缚,就会固步自封,有失偏颇。瘀血的临床表现除了胸腹胀满疼痛、口干舌燥、舌色青紫、脉涩不利外,还可有痞块、感觉麻木、肌肤甲错、两目黯黑、痈疡、胎动下血、神志异常等诸多症状和体征,前者是辨证的基准,后者为鉴别的补充;前者是共性,后者是个性;前者是对普遍性的归纳,后者是对特殊性的演绎。《金匮要略》是中医经典古籍之一,是现存最早的一部诊治杂病的中医专著,也是学习传统中医药的必读之书,但是惟有理论联系实践,从书本到临床,再从临床实践回味经典理论,反复实践,反复研读,不断加深理解,才能逐渐领略其博大精深之处,才能寓发扬于继承之中,才能让经典成为提升自身的中医学理论水平和诊疗技能的基石。
