中药熏洗联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗多发性顽固性跖疣临床研究

目的:观察中药熏洗联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗多发性顽固性跖疣的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月1日—2015年10月1日本院皮肤科门诊确诊的多发性顽固性跖疣108例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组、中药熏洗组和咪喹莫特组,每组36例。中药熏洗组给予中药熏洗治疗,咪喹莫特组患者足部疣体常温水浸泡30 min后自然晾干,外涂咪喹莫特乳膏,联合组给予中药熏洗联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。三组疗程均为4周,如不足4周皮损消退治愈则停止用药。结果:联合组1例失访;中药熏洗组1例未按规定用药退出研究;咪喹莫特组1例失访,1例用药后皮肤出现红肿感染退出研究,上述患者均未计入统计。联合组症状积分优于中药熏洗组、咪喹莫特组(P0.05);联合组有效率97.14%,中药熏洗组有效率31.43%,咪喹莫特组有效率26.47%,联合组优于中药熏洗组、咪喹莫特组(P0.05);三组患者均未见全身严重不良反应。结论:中药熏洗联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗多发性顽固性跖疣疗效显著,不良反应少。

Clinical Research on Multifocal and Intractable Plantar Wart Treated by Fumigation and Washing with Chinese Medicine Combined with Imiquimod Cream

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine combined with Imiquimod Cream on multifocal and intractable plantar wart.Methods:Totally 108 patients with multifocal and intractable plantar wart treated in the Dermatology Department Armed Police Corps Hospital of Henan between August 1,2013 and October 1,2015 were randomized into combined group,Chinese medicine group and Imiquimod group,36 cases in each group.Chinese medicine group were given fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine;the plantar wart patients in Imiquimod group were soaked in warm water for 30 min,dried in the air and then given external application of Imiquimod Cream;combined group were given fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine combined with Imiquimod Cream,4 weeks as a treatment course for three groups.If the skin lesion subsides within 4 weeks,drugs were stopped giving.Results:There was 1 case in combined group losing to follow-up;1 case in Chinese medicine group withdrew from the research because of failing to use drugs according to regulations;1 case in Imiquimod group lost follow-up and 1 case appeared red,swollen and infective skin and withdrew from the research;the above cases were not included in the statistics.The symptom scores in combined group were superior to those in the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 97.14％ in combined group,31.43％ in Chinese medicine group and 26.47％ in Imiquimod group;combined group were superior to the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the whole body in three groups.Conclusion:Fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine combined with Imiquimod Cream has significant therapeutic effects on multifocal and intractable plantar wart and there are few adverse reactions.
