温经汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的:观察温经汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年5月-2013年5月经胃镜及病理组织学检查确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者共60例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予温经汤加减治疗,对照组给予胃复春片口服。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为56.7%,治疗组有效率为86.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:温经汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,可减轻患者的临床症状、改善胃黏膜形态和病理组织学表现。

The Clinical Research into Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Channel-Warming Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Channel-Warming Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods:Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis according to endoscopy and histopathological examinations between May 2010 and May 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were given Modified Channel-Warming Decoction,while the ones in the control group were treated with Weifuchun Tablets (WFCT) for oral administration.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 56.7％,while that of the treatment group was 86.7％,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The symptom scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference between them was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Channel-Warming Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis,can reduce the patients' clinical symptoms,improve gastric mucosal morphology and histopathological manifestations.
