加味清胰汤治疗胰腺癌所致胃肠功能障碍临床观察

目的:观察加味清胰汤治疗胰腺癌所致胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1—12月在上海肿瘤医院及长海医院确诊为晚期胰腺癌,接受局部细胞毒药物灌注化疗后在本院门诊继续对症治疗的患者30例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。对照组给予胰酶肠溶胶囊、莫沙比利治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予加味清胰汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为60.00%,对照组有效率为26.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:加味清胰汤可减轻晚期胰腺癌患者的胃肠道功能障碍,增强其对化疗不良反应的耐受,增加疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Induced by Pancreatic Cancer Treated with Supplemented Pancreas-Clearing Decoction

Objective:To obseve the clinical effects of Supplemented Pancreas-Clearing Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by pancreatic cancer.Methods:Totally 30 patients diagnosed as pancreatic cancer at advanced stage,received infusion chemotherapy of local cytotoxic drugs and then symptomatic treatment in Shanghai Tumor Hospital and Changhai Hospital between January 2012 and December 2012 were randomized into treatment group and control groap,15 cases in each group.Treatment group were given Supplemented Pancreas-Clearing Decoction while control group were treated with Pancreatin Enteric-Coated Capsules and Mosapride.Results:The effective rate was 60.00％ in treatment group and 26.67％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Pancreas-Clearing Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by pancreatic cancer.
