ICU昏迷患者早期被动导引思路探析

被动导引在治疗脑受损后肢体运动功能障碍方面,早期运动疗法很符合现代康复医学理论,也是非常有效的。因此,在病情稳定时即可进行被动导引。也有观点认为急性期即进行康复训练可能造成神经症状恶化,如脑水肿、再出血等,只要在康复过程中注重个体差异、循序渐进,注意血压的管理、心功能的监测、心率的改变、继发感染等问题,发现问题及时处理和调整治疗方案,就可以预防一些意外的发生。因此,早期被动导引是相对安全的,能有效催醒重症昏迷患者,降低患者的死亡率和致残率,提高患者苏醒后的生活质量。

Exploration of Passive Guidance for the ICU Coma Patients in the Early Stage

For the passive guidance in the treatment of limb dyskinesia after brain damage,kinesiatrics in the early stage is accorded with theory of modern rehabilitation medicine and is very effective.Hence passive guidance can be performed when the patient is in stable condition.Some hold that rehabilitation training in acute stage is likely to cause deterioration of neurologic symptoms,such as edema,recurrent bleeding.During the process of rehabilitation,if the aspects of individual differences,management of blood pressure,monitoring of heart function,changes of heart rate and secondary infection were taken into consideration,and the problems are discovered and tackled timely,any accident can be prevented.Therefore passive guidance in the early stage is relatively safe,which can effectively promote waking of ICU coma patients,reduce the mortality and disability rage and enhance the life quality of patients after waking.
