芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘30例

目的:观察芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2013年12月收治的慢性功能性便秘患者60例作为临床研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组给予芪榔合剂治疗,对照组给予麻仁胶囊治疗。结果:观察组中,治愈18例,有效10例,无效2例,有效率为93.33%;对照组中,治愈10例,有效10例,无效10例,有效率为66.67%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);对照组患者无不良反应,观察组患者治疗中发生口干者1例,胃肠胀痛者1例,四肢发冷者2例,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘疗效显著。

Thirty Cases with Chronic Functional Constipation Due to Qi and Yin Deficiency Treated with Qilang Mixture

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qilang Mixture on chronic functional constipation (CFC) due to qi and yin deficiency.Methods:Totally 60 patients with CFC due to qi and yin deficiency treated in this hospital between January,2012 and December,2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group were given Qilang Mixture while control group were given Maren Capsules for the treatment.Results:In obsetvation group,there were 18 cases were cured,10 cases with therapeutic effects and 2 cases without effects;the effective rate was 93.33％.In control group,there were 10 cases were cured,10 cases with therapeutic effects and 10 cases without effects;the effective rate was 66.67％.Observation group were better than control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no adverse reaction in control group.However,in observation,there was 1 case with dry mouth,1 case with gastrointestinal distension,2 cases with cold limbs.For adverse reaction,the difference had no statistical significance(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Qilang Mixture has remarkable therapeutic effects on CFC due to qi and yin deficiency.
