芍药甘草汤加味配合针刺治疗中风后肢体痉挛疼痛25例

目的:观察芍药甘草汤加味配合针刺治疗中风后肢体痉挛疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月—2015年4月收治的中风伴有肢体痉挛疼痛的患者50例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予芍药甘草汤加味配合针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗后患肢肌张力及疼痛的改善情况。结果:治疗组治疗4周后患肢肌张力改善、疼痛减轻情况明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤加味配合针刺治疗可以有效的降低中风后肢体痉挛并减轻疼痛。

Twenty-Five Cases with Post-Stroke Limbs Spasm and Pain Treated with Supplemented Peony and Licorice Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Peony and Licorice Decoction combined with acupuncture on post-stroke limbs spasm and pain.Methods:Totally 50 cases with post-stroke limbs spasm and pain treated between February 2013 and April 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomized into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment while treatment group were added with Supplemented Peony and Licorice Decoction combined with acupuncture.The muscular tension of the affected legs and the improvement of pain in both groups after treatment were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the muscular tension of the affected legs and the improvement of pain in treatment group were obviously superior to those in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conc]usion:Supplemented Peony and Licorice Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the post-stroke limbs spasm and pain.
