锁定加压接骨板内固定联合加味正骨紫金丹治疗胫骨Pilon骨折临床研究

目的:观察锁定加压接骨板(locking compression plate internal fixation,LCP)内固定联合加味正骨紫金丹治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:选取2010年1月—2014年6月本院收治的胫骨Pilon骨折患者80例,所有患者均符合胫骨Pilon骨折的诊断标准,按照随机数字表法分为观察组46例和对照组34例。对照组给予LCP内固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味正骨紫金丹治疗。结果:观察组优良率86.96%,对照组优良率64.71%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月踝关节功能评分均优于对照组(P0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、切口愈合情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:LCP内固定联合加味正骨紫金丹治疗Pilon骨折临床疗效显著,能改善患者踝关节功能,促进骨折和切口愈合。

Clinical Research on Tibia Pilon Fracture Treated with locking Compression Plate Internal Fixation Combined with Supplemented Bone-Setting Zijin Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of locking compression plate(LCP) internal fixation combined with Supplemented Bone-Setting Zijin Pill on tibia Pilon fracture.Methods:Totally 80 patients with tibia Pilon fracture treated in this hospital between January 2010 and June 2014 were randomized into observation group (46 cases) and control group (34 cases).Control group were given LCP internal fixation while observation group were added with Supplemented Bone-Setting Zijin Pill.Results:The excellent effective rate was 86.96％ in observation group and 64.71％ in control group;observation group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).One month,three months and six months after treatment,the aokle function in observation group was superior to that in control group(P ＜0.05).The fracture healing time and wound healing in observation group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:LCP internal fixation combined with Supplenented Bone-Setting Zijin Pill has remarkable therapeutic effects on tibia Pilon fracture,which can improve the ankle function and promote fracture healing and wound healing.
