针灸联合功能锻炼操对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能的影响

目的:观察针灸联合功能锻炼操在对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取在本院进行胃癌根治术治疗的患者89例,分为治疗组(47例)与对照组(42例),对照组未进行任何干预,治疗组给予术后针灸并联合功能操锻炼,比较两组患者术后首次排气、排便时间及术后胃管留置时间、出现腹胀情况等。结果:治疗组患者的术后首次排气、排便时间,留置胃管时间均显著缩短(P=0.038,0.024,0.010);治疗组腹胀发生率较对照组明显降低(P=0.038)。结论:针灸联合功能锻炼操治疗能够有效促进胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复。

The Influence of Acupuncture Combined with Functional Exercise on Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Gastric Cancer After Radical Resection

Objective:To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with functional exercise on gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer after radical resection.Methods:Eighty-nine patients who received gastric cancer radical resection in our hospital were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 47 and 42 cases in each group.The control group did not have any intervention,while the treatment group received postoperative acupuncture combined functional exercise.Then the first exhaust,defecation time and postoperative gastric tube indwelling time,abdominal distention after the operation were compared.Results:The time for the first exhaust,the defecation time and the indwelling time of the patients in the treatment group were significantly shortened (P =0.038,0.024,0.010).The incidence of abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P =0.038).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with functional exercise therapy can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after radical resection.
