中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将66例病理性新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)及间接胆红素(Indirect bilirubin,IBIL)水平。结果:治疗组有效率为91.0%,对照组有效率为72.7%,两组患儿临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后TBIL、IBIL水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,可明显提高退黄速度,降低患儿血清胆红素。

Neonatal JaundiceTreated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on neonatal jaundice.Methods:Sixty-six patients with pathological neonatal jaundice were ramdomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the group were added Yinzhihuang Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed.Their total bilirubin (TBIL)and indirect bilirubin (IBIL)levels were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 91％,while that of the control group was 72.7％,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different (P ＜ 0.05).After then treatment,the two groups' TBIL,IBIL levels were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group;All the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on neonatal jaundice,can significantly improve the speed of removing jaundice,and reduce serum bilirubin.
