建构肝硬变四维论治的诊疗思路与研究方向

肝硬变发病隐匿,病机复杂,病因多端,主症、并发症丛生,各种因素相互交错,仅凭症状及证候进行"辨证论治"一种思路,既不符合客观实际,也难以应对其复杂的病情。为了诊疗与研究的方便,必须有辨病论治、审因论治、辨证论治、对症治疗四种不同的区别。建构辨病、审因、对症与辨证四维论治的诊疗思路与研究方向,从病因、病机、证候、并发症不同的角度进行具体认知,追求理论与临床上的规范化、具体化,也就是要进行精准性诊疗,才能完善肝硬变的诊疗体系。
