基于古今医案数据分析咳嗽证候规律

目的:基于古今医案数据分析咳嗽的证候规律。方法:搜集历代咳嗽医案,建立症状数据库,进行数据统计方法和链接图分析等研究。结果:(1)搜集咳嗽医案1 808个,共记载症状151个,高频症状44个。(2)375例医案记载了发病季节:秋季(10.95%)、冬季(9.96%)、春季(8.74%)、夏季(7.69%)。(3)夜间咳嗽医案136例,晨起咳嗽医案53例。结论:咳嗽的核心症状为咳嗽、咳痰、纳呆、气逆急促、痰多、发热、口咽干等44个。咳嗽证候类型包括虚证、外感、痰饮、火热证、瘀证与郁证等6大类。晨起咳嗽以阳虚和外感为主要原因,夜间咳嗽以阴虚肺燥和肝火犯肺为主要原因,秋季和冬季是咳嗽的易感季节。

Laws of Cough Based on the Statistical Analysis of Ancient and Modern Medical Records

Objective:To explore the laws of cough based on the statistical analysis of ancient and modern medical records.Methods:Cough cases of dynasties and modern times were collected and built into symptom database.Researches were made by the method of mathematical statistics and link graph analysis.Results:Totally 1,1808 medical cases of cough were collected with 151 symptoms and 44 symptoms of high frequency.Totally 375 cases were documented the onset seasons:autumn (10.95％),winter (9.96％),spring (8.74％) and summer (7.69％).There were 136 cases with cough at night,53 cases with cough in the morning.Conclusions:The core symptoms of cough include cough,expectoration,poor appetite,shortness of breath,excessive phlegm,fever,dry mouth and throat.Syndrome types of cough include deficiency syndrome,exogenous contraction,phlegm,fire-heat syndrome,blood stasis and depression.The main reasons of morning cough are yang deficiency and exogenous factors;the main reasons of night cough are yin deficiency and dryness of the lungs and liver fire attacking the lung.People are susceptible to cough in autumn and winter.
