安宫牛黄丸结合针刺治疗急性脑卒中昏迷43例

目的:观察安宫牛黄丸结合针刺治疗急性脑卒中昏迷的临床疗效。方法:将2014年1月—2017年1月在本院神经内科接受治疗的急性脑卒中昏迷患者86例作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用安宫牛黄丸联合针刺治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为83.72%,对照组有效率为60.46%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分(2.39±0.97),对照组治疗后NIHSS评分(4.93±1.31),两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损NIHSS评分均较治疗前均显著降低(P0.05);治疗后,两组GCS评分较治疗前均显著升高,且观察组的GCS评分(8.43±0.58)显著高于对照组(6.94±0.32),组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:安宫牛黄丸结合针刺有助于提高急性脑卒中昏迷患者急救的临床治疗有效率,降低死亡率,促进患者清醒和降低患者的脑功能损伤、保护脑功能方面也有显著作用。

Forty-Three Cases of Acute Stroke Coma Treated with Peaceful Palace Bovine Bezoar Pill in Combination with Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Peaceful Palace Bovine Bezoar Pill in combination with acupuncture therapy on acute stroke coma.Methods:Eighty-six patients with acute stroke coma who were treated in our hospital's internal medicine-neurology department between Jan.2014 and Jan.2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine medicine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added Peaceful Palace Bovine Bezoar Pill in combination with acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were obsered.Results:The effective rate of the obserwation group was 83.72％,while that of the control group was 60.46％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The NIHSS score after treatment in the observation group was (2.39 ± 0.97),while that of the control group was (4.93 ± 1.31);NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the GCS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the GCS score (8.43 ± 0.58) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (6.94 ±0.32),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Peaceful Palace Bovine Bezoar Pill in combination with acupuncture therapy is helpful to improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and reduce the mortality of the first aid in coma patients with acute stroke.It also plays an important role in promoting the patients' sober,reducing the brain function damage and protecting the brain function of the patients.
