黄芪桂枝五物汤联合放疗治疗脊椎转移癌临床研究

目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤联合放疗治疗脊椎转移癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年1月在西南医科大学附属中医医院肿瘤科治疗的脊椎转移癌患者30例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。对照组采用Co60-γ射线远距离外照射治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。结果:对照组疼痛缓解率86.67%,观察组疼痛缓解率93.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后KPS评分优于对照组(P0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为73.3%,观察组不良反应发生率为20.0%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤联合放疗治疗脊椎转移癌止痛效果显著,提高患者生存质量,减轻不良反应。

The Clinical Research into Spinal Carcinoma Metastaticum Treated with Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction in Combination with Radiotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction in combination with radiotherapy on spinal carcinoma metastaticum.Methods:Thirty patients with spinal carcinoma metastaticum who were treated in our hospital's Tumor Department between October 2013and January 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Co60-γlong distance external irradiation,,while the ones in the observation group were added Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The control group's pain relief rate was 86.67％,while that of the observation group was 93.33％,and the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P ＞0.05).After the treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The control group's adverse reaction rate was 73.3 ％,while that of the observation group was 20％,and the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction in combination with radiotherapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on spinal carcinoma metastaticum,can improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce adverse reactions.
