柴葛解肌汤加减治疗亚急性甲状腺炎热毒炽盛证临床研究

目的:观察柴葛解肌汤加减治疗早期亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例亚急性甲状腺炎热毒炽盛证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予甲泼尼龙片治疗,治疗组给予柴葛解肌汤加减治疗,两组治疗前后分别测血沉、甲状腺功能、全身症状及体征的变化情况等相关指标。结果:治疗组在改善患者全身症状、体征、甲状腺激素水平方面优于对照组(P0.05);两组在降低血沉水平方面比较无明显差异(P0.05);两组在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应事件。结论:柴葛解肌汤加减治疗亚急性甲状腺炎热毒炽盛证安全可靠,疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Modified Bupleurum and Pueraria Muscle-Resolving Decoction for the Treatment of subacute Thyroiditis of Heat-Toxin Exuberance Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Modified Bupleurum and Pueraria Muscle-Resolving Decoction on subacute thyroiditis of heat-toxin exuberance syndrome.Methods:Totally 60 patients with subacute thyroiditis of heat toxin exuberancesyndrome were randomized into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group were given Methylpred-nisolone Tablets while treatment group were given Modified Bupleurum and Pueraria Muscle-Resolving Decoction for the treat-ment.The relevant indicators of blood sedimentation,thyroid function,symptoms and signs of the whole body before and aftertreatment in both groups were determined.Conclusion:The improvements of thyroid function,symptoms and signs of the wholebody in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference of blood ~di-mentation between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There was no unwanted effects in both groups.Conclusion:Modified Bupleurumand Pueraria Muscle-Resolving Decoction has safe,reliable and significant therapeutic effects on subacute thyroiditis of heat-toxinexuberance syndrome.
