风药治疗尿血浅析

风药用于尿血的治疗,主要原因为:(1)风邪是尿血的主要病因之一,血尿只是本病的主要症状,单纯予以止血,虽然也可奏一时之效,然病因未除,疾病必然进一步发展。对于风邪所致尿血者,风邪为其主要矛盾,辨证论治,审证求因,当以风药疏风、熄风为要;(2)由于风药具有升、散、宣、通的作用,经配伍后可引药入经,可透邪外达,予邪气以出路,邪去正安,血尿自止。风药虽经加减可用于治疗多种证型的尿血,然而用药当取其轻清灵动之气,应单味、少量"少佑之",切不可大剂量、长时间使用。因此,运用风药治疗尿血,必须以辨证论治为基础,中病即止,同时当辅以止血之品标本同治。
