| 摘 要： | 目的:观察消溃愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将46例消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各23例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予消溃愈疡汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)清除率。结果:治疗组有效率为95.65%,对照组有效率为82.61%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组Hp清除率为65.22%,治疗组Hp清除率为91.30%,两组患者Hp转阴率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:消溃愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡取得满意疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Ucler-Eliminating Decoction on peptic ulcer (PU).Methods:Totally 46 patients with PU were randomized into treatment group and control group,23 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while treatment group were additionally given Ucler-Eliminating Decoction.The clinical effects and the negative conversion ratios of Hp in both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 95.65％ in treatment group and 82.61％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The Hp negative conversion ratio in control group was and in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conlcusion:Ucler-Eliminating Decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effects on PU,which can improve the clinical effects of the patients. |
