蟾酥注射液治疗晚期卵巢癌临床研究

目的:观察蟾酥注射液治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法:将78例晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。所有患者给予TP方案(紫杉醇+顺铂)进行新辅助化疗,化疗结束后进行肿瘤细胞减灭术,观察组在对照组的基础上给予蟾酥注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后生存质量评分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后CA125含量。结果:观察组有效率为82.1%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清CA125含量明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组各项毒副作用发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:蟾酥注射液治疗晚期卵巢癌疗效确切,安全性较高。

Clinical Research on Chansu Injection for the Treatment of Advanced Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and Chansu Injection on advanced ovarian carcinoma Methods:Totally 78 patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma were randomly divided observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.All patients were conducted TP schedule (Taxol + Cisplatin) as neoadjuvant chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,cytoreductive surgery was performed,and observation group were additionally given Chansu Injection for the treatment.The curative effects in the two groups was compared;the contents of CA125 before and after the treatment were detected;and the changes of the scores of life quality in both groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 82.1％ in observation group,significantly higher than the 66.7％ in control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the contents of CA125 in both groups declined significantly.And the decline in observation group was greater than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of life quality after treatment in both groups were remarkably higher than those before treatment,and observation gToup were higher than control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The occurrence rates of toxic and side effects in observation group were lower than those in control group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chansu Injection has definite and safe therapeutic effects on advanced ovarian carcinoma.
