中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院接诊的68例老年性骨质疏松症的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用西药给予治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用仙灵骨葆胶囊给予治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后骨密度和骨源性碱性磷酸酶变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为75.2%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后骨密度值及骨源性碱性磷酸酶改善情况优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效显著,能够明显增加骨密度。

Clinical Research on Senile Osteoporosis Treated by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on senile osteoporosis.Methods:Totally 68 patients withsenile osteoporosis were randomized into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.Control group were given western medicine while treatment group were added with Xianling Gubao Capsules for the treatment.The clinical effects of both groups were observed.The bone mineral density (BMD) before and after treatmentand changes of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) in both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 92.5％ in treament group and 75.2％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The BMD value and improvement of BALP in both groups were superior to those before treatment,and treatment group were superior to control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on senile osteoporosis,which can obviously increase the BMD.
