针刺治疗周围性面瘫耳后疼痛33例

目的:观察针刺治疗对周围性面瘫耳后疼痛的改善情况。方法:将62例周围性面瘫急性期患者根据有无耳后疼痛分为疼痛组33例和非疼痛组29例,所有患者均进行针刺治疗,分别观察第1、第2疗程结束后疗效的差别。结果:周围性面瘫患者经一个疗程治疗后无耳后疼痛组病情改善率与有耳后疼痛组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。周围性面瘫无耳后疼痛组在治疗2个疗程后有效率与耳后疼痛组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺治疗可减少患者后遗症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Thirty-three Cases of Acupuncture Therapy in Improving Pain Behind the Ear due to Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy in improving pain behind the ear due to peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty-two patients with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into pain group and non pain group according to whether or not there was pain behind the ear,with 33and 29 cases respectively in each group.All the patients were treated with acupuncture,then the difference in curative effect after the first and the second course were observed.Results:After a course of treatment,the improvement of the patients with peripheral facial paralysis but without ear pain behind the ear was better than that of the ones with ear pain behind the ear due to peripheral facial paralysis(P ＜ 0.05).After two courses of treatment,the improvement of the patients with peripheral facial paralysis but without ear pain behind the ear was significantly better than that of the ones with ear pain behind the ear due to peripheral facial paralysis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the quality of life of the patients with peripheral facial paralysis,the symptoms of the ear pain in the acute stage should be treated as early as possible to reduce the sequelae of the patients.
