清脑降压汤联合西药治疗原发性高血压病80例

目的:观察清脑降压汤联合西药治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年1月于本院接受治疗的原发性高血压患者80例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予清脑降压汤联合氢氯噻嗪联合治疗,分别于治疗前与治疗8周后,测定患者的血压变化情况,观察治疗前后患者靶器官各项参数的变化情况。结果:服药8周后,患者24 h平均收缩压降低至(124.6±16.2)mm Hg,舒张压降低至(81.3±10.4)mm Hg,与服药前比较差异显著(P0.05),且服药后,患者24 h血压变异率明显低于服药前(P0.05)。患者治疗8周后尿微量白蛋白(19.86±5.1)mg·L~(-1),血尿酸(275.6±100.2)umol·L~(-1),血清钾(3.39±1.0)mmol·L~(-1),与治疗前比较差异显著(P0.05)。结论:对原发性高血压患者采用清脑降压汤联合氢氯噻嗪方案,可在稳定血压的同时,强化对患者靶器官的保护,安全性较高。

Eighty Cases with Primary Hypertension Treated by Qingnao Jiangya Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qingnao Jiangya Decoction combinod with western medicine on primary hypertension.Methods:Eighty patients with primary hypertension treated in this hospital between January 2012 and January 2014 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with Qingnao Jiangya Decoction combined with hydroehlorothiazide for the treatment.Mter 8 weeks of treatment,the change of blood pressure and parameters of the target organ were observed.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the mean systolic blood pressure during 24h reduced to (124.6 ± 16.2) mm Hg,and diastolic blood pressure decreased to (81.3 ± 10.4) mm Hg.Compared with before drug administration,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).After taking drugs,blood pressure variability during 24h was obviously lower than that before treatment (P ＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,patients urinated with microalbuminuria (19.86 ± 5.1) mg · L-1,blood uric acid (275.6 ±100.2) umoL/L and serum potassium (3.39 ± 1) mmol · L-1.These parameters significantly improved,and the effects were much better than those before treatment,(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:For patients with primary hypertension,Qingnao Jiangya Decoction combined with hydrochlorothiazide can stabilize the blood pressure and simultaneously strengthen the protective effects on target organs with high safety.
