石苇散加减联合低能量体外冲击波治疗输尿管结石30例

目的:观察石苇散加减联合低能量体外冲击波治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年1月本院收治的输尿管结石患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。所有患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在基础上治疗上给予石苇散加减治疗。两组患者同时给予生活护理和心理护理。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为83.34%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组结石排出时间、碎石成功率、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:石苇散加减联合低能量体外冲击波治疗输尿管结石临床疗效显著。

Thirty Cases with Ureteral Calculus Treated with Modified Shiwei Powder Combined with Low-Energy in Vitro Shock Wave

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Modified Shiwei Powder combined with low-energy in vitro shock wave on ureteral calculus.Methods:Totally 60 patients with ureteral calculus treated in this hospital between January 2013 and January 2015 were randomized into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatment.Control group were given oral administration of Tamsulosin Spansule and treatment group were additionally given Modified Shiwei Powder.Life nursing and mental nursing were simultaneouslv conducted for both groups.Results:The effective rate was 96.67％ in treatment group and 83.34％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜0.05).The lithecbole time,success rate of lithotripsy,occurrence rate of complications in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modi fied Shiwei Powder combined with low-energy in vitro shock wave has remarkable therapeutic effects on ureteral calculus.
