| 摘 要： | 目的探讨西帕依固龈液防治放疗患者口腔黏膜急性放射损伤的疗效。方法将80例鼻咽癌、口腔癌术后放疗出现口腔黏膜急性放射损伤的患者随机分成两组,以西帕依固龈液含漱治疗的患者为治疗组,洗必泰液含漱治疗的患者作为对照组,按WHO放射性口腔黏膜反应标准记录患者口腔黏膜放射损伤的程度。结果西帕依固龈液治疗40例,出现Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级口腔黏膜炎分别为17、14、4、5例;对照组40例,出现Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级口腔黏膜炎分别为2、5、20、13例;两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论西帕依固龈液防治口腔黏膜急性放射损伤具有良好的疗效。
