| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨修补鼻中隔穿孔的新术式。方法 鼻内窥镜下剥离鼻中隔穿孔后方之粘骨膜瓣，通过穿孔向对侧翻转，缝合固定于对侧穿孔前缘之创面，然后作鼻腔填塞。结果 15例鼻中隔穿孔用本术式修补成功。分别随访0．5－1年，均无复发。结论 本术式视野清晰，操作简便，成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a better surgical procedure for septal perforation neoplasty. Methods At first, a mucoperiosteal flap was made on the left side of septum behind the septal perforation under endoscope. Then, the flap was reversed to the right side of septum through the perforation and sutured onto the mucoperiosteal in the region of anterior margin of perforation, where an edge of wound has been prepared previously during operating. At last, both side of nasal cavities were packed up. Results 15 cases with nasoseptal perforation were treated by this procedure and all are healed well. After a following-up period of 0. 5-1 year, there was no perforation reoccurring. Conclusion This surgical procedure is easy in operating, with clear visual field and with a very high healing rate. |
