呼吸训练在高龄股骨颈骨折围手术期的应用研究

目的：探讨呼吸训练在高龄股骨颈骨折围手术期的护理效果,总结护理经验。方法：80例围手术期高龄股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,观察组采用呼吸训练措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果：观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：呼吸训练可以降低高龄股骨颈骨折围手术期呼吸道并发症,改善肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Study on Breath Training for Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture during Perioperative Period

Objective： To explore the effect of breath training for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period,and to sum up the nursing experience.Method：80 cases elderly patients with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period were divided into the intervention group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the breath training,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Result：Comparing the nursing results of two groups,the nursing effect of intervention group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The breath training can reduce respiratory complications,improve pulmonary function during perioperative period of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
