| 摘 要： | 目的了解加强监护病房(ICU)难辨梭状芽孢杆菌性肠炎(CDAD)危险因素、症状及疗效。方法选取1999～2003年大便难辨梭状芽孢杆菌培养阳性患者28倒及治疗观察临床表现。结果腹泻28例(100％)．发热28例(100％)，腹痛20例(71．4％)。结论用抗生素过程中出现腹泻应首先怀疑难辨梭状芽孢杆菌性肠炎，行粪便难辨梭状芽孢杆菌培养，有条件应进行毒素A、B检测，尽早治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objectiue:To study the incidence, dangerous factors of clinical symptoms, curative effect in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: 28 patientswith positively cultured clostridium difficile were selected for treatment and observation of clinical symptoms.Results:Diarrhea occurred in 28 cases (100%), fevers in 28(100%) and stomachache in 20(71.4%).Conclusion:If diarrhea occurs in the patients during the use of antibiotics, clostridinm difficile colitisshould be considered and cultured clostridium difficile tests be done for toxin A or B and special treatment. |
