| 摘 要： | 梅毒是一种对社会危害严重的性传播疾病,诊断主要依靠实验室检测。近年来,快速、灵敏和特异性高的梅毒诊断方法在不断的更新完善中。本文综述了病原学、血清学及分子生物学等检测方法及研究进展。

| Abstract: | Syphilis is a serious sexually transmitted disease and harmful to society, the diagnosis of syphilis mainly based on laboratory detection. In recent years, rapid, highly sensitive and specific detection methods of syphilis are improving. This article summarized the etiology, serology and molecular biology detection methods developed recently. |
