| 摘 要： | 患者男,70岁。双手、足、肘、膝出现红斑、血疱6个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮下水疱,疱内可见大量嗜中性粒细胞,真皮内可见弥漫的嗜中性粒细胞浸润,血管管壁及管周可见纤维素样渗出及核碎裂。诊断:持久性隆起性红斑。临床医师应警惕以血疱为表现的持久性隆起性红斑。 |

| Abstract: | A 70-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of erythema and hemorrhagic bullae on the extremities.Histopathological examination of a vesiculo-bullous lesion revealed a subepidermal bulla containing mass neutrophils and leucocytoclastic vasculitis with neutrophilic cell infiltration.Fibrin deposits in vessel walls and nuclear dust were observed throughout the dermis.Diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made.Clinicians should be aware of atypical presentations of EED with hemorrhagic bullae. |
