| 摘 要： | 患者女,44岁。左下肢及左侧腹股沟区丘疹伴轻微瘙痒3个月。皮肤科情况:左侧内踝、小腿内侧、大腿内侧以及腹股沟区大致沿Blaschko线纵形线状排列的红色丘疹。皮肤组织病理示表皮角化过度伴部分表皮角化不全,基底层液化变性,真皮全层小血管及附属器周围较多淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:成人线状苔藓。

| Abstract: | A 44-year-old woman have presented with linear mildly itching red papules in left leg and inguen for 3 months.Skin examination revealed linear red papules following Blaschko's lines,extending from the left inside ankle to inguen.Histological examination showed hyperkeratosis and focal parakeratosis in the epidermis,liquefaction degeneration of the basal cell layer,perivascular and periadnexal infiltration of lymphocytes in the dermis.A diagnosis of lichen striatus was established. |
