| 摘 要： | 例1于17岁发病,皮损首发于四肢,家族有类似患者;例2于8岁发病,皮损首发于两前臂。2例患者临床表现均为皮肤弥漫性色素沉着伴点状色素减退斑。皮损组织病理示:真皮乳头可见类淀粉样物质沉积。

| Abstract: | The first patient had family history,skin lesions first appeared on the four limbs when he was 17 years old.The second patient skin lesions first appeared on the both forearms when he was 8 years old.Both of the 2 cases presented with diffuse skin pigmentation accompanied with guttate hypomelanosis macules without symptoms.Skin lesions histopathology showed:Visible papillary dermis deposition of amyloid-like substance. |
