| 摘 要： | 患者男,39岁。脱发2个月,反复颈、臀部脓疱疹1个月,右臀部硬块、破溃10天。快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)(+),滴度1∶32;梅毒螺旋体明胶抗体试验(TPHA)(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素G240万U,分两侧臀部肌肉注射,1次/周,连用3周。4周后复查RPR滴度1∶16,无继续脱发。脓疱疹消失,臀部破溃愈合,周围组织炎症反应消退。 |

| Abstract: | A 39-year-old male presented with alopecia for 1 month,and inflammatory papules on neck and buttocks 1 month later. RPR 1∶32(+),TPPA(+).Diagnosis was made based on results of serologic test for syphilis.After the treatment with benzylpenicillin G,RPR 1∶16(+) after four weeks,the patient recovered and no scar was left.Folliculitis disappeared, hip ulceration healed, the surrounding tissue inflammation subsided. |
