| 摘 要： | 比较辛伐他汀和普伐他汀调整血脂的临床疗效。方法辛伐他汀组和普伐他汀组均连了药４周。结果：两药降低血清总胆固醇,甘油三醇和升高ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的疗效分别为９０％和９０％,８８％和７８％,６３％和７３％,结论两药具有近的调整血脂疗效。

Comparison of simvastatin and pravastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the lipid regulating effects of simvastatin and pravastatin Methods:31 patients in simvastatin group and other patients in pravastatin group received simvastatin or pravastatin 10 mg a day respectively for four weeks Results:The simvastatin or pravastatin lowered serum total cholesterol in effective rate of 90% and 90%,triglyceride,88% and 78%,while they elevated high density lipoprotein cholesterol in effective rate of 63% and 73% respectively Conclusion:Both drugs have comparable lipid regulating effect |
