高效液相色谱法测定消咳宁片中盐酸麻黄碱含量

摘    要:目的建立测定消咳宁片盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(260mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-含0.1%三乙胺的0.1%磷酸(3:97)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在11.04~33.12μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程A=3.377×10^4 C+2.158×10^5 ,r=0.9992(n=5),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.06%(n=6)。结论HPLC法可用于消咳宁片的盐酸麻黄碱含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaokening Tablets. Methods The C18 column was used with MeCN-0. 1% phosphoric acid (including 0. 1% triethylamine) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature at 30 ℃, the injection volume 20 μL. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 11.04-33.12 μg/mL and the linear equation was A=3. 377 × 10^4C +2. 158× 10^5, r =0. 999 2( n =5). The mean recovery rate was 99.2%, RSD = 1.06% (n =6). Conclusion The methods can be used for the quality control of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaokening Tablets.
