| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定消咳宁片盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为C18柱（260mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-含0．1％三乙胺的0．1％磷酸（3：97）为流动相，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长210nm，柱温30℃，进样量20μL。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在11．04～33．12μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，回归方程A=3．377×10^4 C＋2．158×10^5 ，r=0．9992（n=5），平均回收率为99．2％，RSD为1．06％（n=6）。结论HPLC法可用于消咳宁片的盐酸麻黄碱含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaokening Tablets. Methods The C18 column was used with MeCN-0. 1% phosphoric acid （including 0. 1% triethylamine） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature at 30 ℃, the injection volume 20 μL. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 11.04-33.12 μg/mL and the linear equation was A=3. 377 × 10^4C ＋2. 158× 10^5, r =0. 999 2（ n =5）. The mean recovery rate was 99.2%, RSD = 1.06% （n =6）. Conclusion The methods can be used for the quality control of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaokening Tablets. |
