赤芍提取物对实验性脑缺血大鼠的保护作用研究

目的:研究赤芍提取物对实验性脑缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用颈内动脉线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的赤芍提取物,观察药物对模型动物的保护作用;测定大鼠脑组织梗死重量、脑指数及对其神经症状评分。结果:赤芍提取物治疗给药能显著减轻MCAO模型大鼠脑组织梗死重量,在240、120、60、30mg·kg-1剂量范围内呈一定的剂量依赖性,同时赤芍提取物能降低脑指数并显著改善MCAO模型大鼠异常的神经症状;赤芍提取物预防给药可以降低MCAO模型大鼠脑组织梗死重量百分比,在240～30mg·kg-1剂量范围内有一定的剂量依赖性,同时也能降低MCAO模型大鼠的脑指数并显著改善梗死后大鼠异常的神经症状。结论:赤芍提取物对MCAO模型大鼠的缺血性脑损伤有一定的保护作用。

Protective Effect Of Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extract on Rats with Experimental Cerehral Ischemia

OBJECTIVE; To investigate the protective effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracts on rats with experimental cerebral ischemia. METHODS： Middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） model was prepared in rats by thread - blocking internal carotid artery, and the model rats were intragastrieally administered with different doses of Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracts with the protective effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extraets monitored.Cerebral infarction tissue, brain hndex and abnovmal nevons symptoms were observed.RESULTS： The weight of cerebral infarction tissue of the MCAO rats was decreased significantly by Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracls dose - dependently in the dose ranges of 240, 120, 60 and 30 mg·kg^-l. Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracls could also decrease brain index and improve abnormal nervous symptonms in MCAO rats. The preventive medication of Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracts has significantly lowered the weight percent of cerebral infarction tissue in MCAO rats, assuming dose - dependent manner in the dose range of 240～30 mg ·kg^-1, decreased the brain index and significantly improved the abnormal nervous symptoms of MCAO rats. CONCLUSION ： Radix Paeoniae Rubra Extracts have protective effects on cerebral ischemia in MCAO model rats.
