| 摘 要： | 采用回顾性方法对我院2012年1月至2014年12月上报的63例中药制剂引起的ADR进行统计分析。发现ADR构成比和发生率均较高的四种药物分别为生脉注射液、参麦注射液、鹿瓜多肽注射液和参松养心胶囊。临床表现主要是皮疹、恶心、呕吐等，但转归良好。

| Abstract: | Sixty-three adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by traditional Chinese medicine from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively described. Higher ADR constitute ratio and incidence rate appeared with Shenmai injections, Ginseng Yangxin capsules and Bone Guanidine Polypeptide injections. The clinical manifestations were rash, nausea and vomiting with good outcomes. |
