十二指肠损伤11例的诊断与治疗

目的对十二指肠损伤的临床特点、诊断及外科治疗结果进行分析.方法回顾性总结1995～2002年十二指肠损伤患者11例.结果单纯十二指肠损伤5例,合并伤6例,其中合并2个以上脏器损伤1例.损伤部位以降部、水平部为多.结论掌握十二指肠损伤的临床特点,提高术中探查的确诊率,根据伤情选择合理、安全的术式,建立有效的十二指肠引流减压,及时治疗术后并发症是提高疗效的关键.

Diagnosis and treatment of injury on duodenum attaching 11 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of primary duode- num injury. Methods We reviewed 11 cases of duodenum injury from 1995 to 2002. Results Most of duo- denum injuries were found on descent part and level part of duodenum. Conclusion We should grasp the clini- cal character of duodenum injury and so can improve the rate of definite diagnosis and build up efficacious drainage to decompress the duodenum. The key to improve operation effectiveness is correct and timely treat- ment of postoperative complications.
