胃印戒细胞癌70例内镜、病理及临床分析

目的 探讨胃印戒细胞癌内镜表现、病理表现及临床表现的特点。方法 对我院70例胃印戒细胞癌的内镜、病理及临床特点等进行分析。结果胃印戒细胞癌好发于青年女性，临床以腹痛、腹胀为主，其嗳气、反酸、恶心、呕吐及腹块、腹水，明显多于其他类型癌，CEA在胃印戒细胞癌中呈广泛的强阳性表达。结论 胃印戒细胞癌好发于青年女性，易在胃壁弥漫浸润性生长，掌握胃印戒细胞癌的胃镜及临床特点，有助于早期诊断、早期治疗。

Analysis of Endoscopic,Pathological and Clinical Features of Signet Ring Cell Carcinoma of Stomach

Objeetive To investigative the endoscopic,pathological and clinical features of signet ring cell eareinnoma of stomach.Methods Seventy cases of signet ring cell carcinoma of stomach in our hospital were analyzed. Results most patients with signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach were young femals. Abdomina pain was a primary clinial symptom. Other typital symptoms are belch, queasy acidwater, nausea, vomating, abdominal lump and ascites. CEA were expressived in tissue of signet ring cell careinnoma of stomach highly positive. Conclusion Young females are prone to signet ring cell carcinoma of stomach. A good knowledge of the endoscopic and clinical features of signet ring cell carcinoma of stomach would lead to early diagnosis and early treatment.
