农村地区智残妇女不良妊娠结局及子女发育障碍的研究

为了探讨农村地区智残妇女不良妊娠结局以及子女发育障碍的危险 ,运用成人智残评定量表评定 2 2～5 5岁农村智力残疾妇女 10 7人 ,同时 ,在同一行政村选取智力评定正常妇女 3 0 5人为对照组。调查两组妇女不良妊娠结局及子女智力残疾、癫痫、肢体残疾等发育障碍。结果 :智力残疾妇女不孕症检出 5人 ,显著高于对照组 1人 ( Fisher精确概率 P =0 .0 0 5 3 ) ,智力残疾妇女至少 1项不良妊娠结局或子女发育障碍检出率显著高于对照组 (χ2 =3 5 .2 1,P=0 .0 0 0 )。家庭贫困和丈夫文盲不增加智力残疾妇女不良妊娠结局及子女发育障碍风险。提示 :重视农村智残妇女这一特殊群体的围生期保健和子女保健 ,对提高人口素质有积极意义

Study on the unhealthy pregnancy of the rural mental deficiency woman and the growth obstruction of their children

Make use of adult intelligence scale, 107 rural mental deficiency women who were 20～55 years old were taken as a test group, and 305 rural mental normal women were taken as a control group. The unhealthy pregnancy of the two group women and the growth obstruction of their children were investigated. The results are showed as follows:There are 5 infertility women in the test group and there is 1 in the control group. The detectable rate of unhealthy pregnancy of woman and growth obstruction of their children in the test group is significantly higher than that in the control group. But the poor family and illiterate of their husband have nothing to do with the unhealthy pregnancy of mental deficiency women and the growth obstruction of their children.The authors think that it is very important for raising the population quality to pay attention to the perinatal health of rural mental deficiency women and their children health.
