平阳霉素和鱼肝油酸钠局部注射治疗颌面部血管瘤的疗效比较

目的 比较平阳霉素与鱼肝油酸钠对颌面部血管瘤的治疗效果;方法 观察了46例口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤患者,26例小剂量平阳霉素局部注射治疗,20例用5％鱼肝油酸钠局部注射治疗;结果 平阳霉素有效率96.2%,鱼肝油酸钠有效率90％,不良反应发生率平阳霉素11.5%,主要为全身反应;鱼肝油酸钠90％,主要为局部反应。结论 平阳霉素治疗海绵状血管瘤疗效好,疗程短,是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。平阳霉素疗效优于鱼肝油酸钠。

A comparison of curative effect betwrrn local injection of sodium morrhuate and pingyangmycin on oral and maxillofacial haemangioma

objectice To observe and compare the curative effect of oral and maxillofacial haemangiama with pi-gyangmycin and sodium morrhuate respectively. Method 46 cases of sponge - shaped oral and maxillofacial haemangioma were observed, 26 of them were given local injection of low dose of pingyangmycin, and 20 were given local injection of 5%sodium morrhuate . Results The effectivity of pingyangmycin is 96. 2% ,and the effactivity of sodium morrhuate is 90 % . Side effect of pingyangmycin is 11.5%, mainly all - over reaction; The side effect of sodium morrhuate is 90 % , mainly part reaction. Conclusion pingyangmycin is much effective to treat sponge - shaped haemangioma than Sodium morrhuate with short course and simple , safe ways. The curative effect of pingyangmycin is better than that of sodium morrhuate.
