| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产格拉司琼预防肺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效和不良反应.方法采用随机加扩大对照方法,89例患者分成4组,A组40例,为国产格拉司琼观察组;B组28例,为蒽丹西酮对照组;C组10例,为胃复安对照组;D组11例,为康泉对照组.在化疗当日以上4组均于化疗前30min分别给予不同的止吐药,化疗间歇日不用药.结果国产格拉司琼和康泉止吐效果相当(P>0.05),均明显优于蒽丹西酮和胃复安(P<0.01).结论国产格拉司琼能有效控制肺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐,不良反应轻,价格便宜,是良好的化疗止吐药.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of domestic Granisetron injection for the prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapeutic agents. Methods Eighty-nine patients were randomly divided into four groups,which were separately domestic Granisetron(A group),Ondansetron(B group),Metoclopramide(C group) and imported granisetron (D group).Results Domestic Granisetron was as effective as imported Granisetron(P>0.05)in the control of nausea and vomiting,both of them were superior to Ondansetron and Metoclopramide(P<0.01). Conclusion Domestic Granisetron was effective in controlling nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapeutic agents for lung cancer and has low side effects. |
