摘    要:
目的:探讨采用腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损并桥接手指动脉的临床疗效。方法2012年1月~2013年11月对18例手指皮肤缺损合并血运障碍患者,缺损面积为1cm ×2cm~1.5cm ×2.5cm,采用腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损并桥接指动脉。6例合并指固有神经缺损移植正中神经掌皮支桥接,腕部供区直接缝合。结果18例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访皮瓣质地好,外形及功能满意。无需二次手术皮瓣整形。结论桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣是修复手指皮肤缺损合并指动脉断裂缺损的良好方法。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of applying free flap from the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery and bridging digital artery in treating finger skin defect and arterial rupture .Methods Eighteen cases of finger skin defect with blood flow obstacle were treated by using free flap from the superficial pal -mar branch of the radial artery and bridging digital artery from Jan .2012 to Nov.2013.The defect area ranged from 1cm ×2cm to 1.5cm ×2.5cm.Six patients with palmar nerve defects were treated by implantation of the palmar cutaneous branch of the median nerve and directly sutured at the donor sites of wrist .Results All flaps survived in the 18 cases.Postoperative follow-up indicated good texture ,satisfactory appearance and function .No further plas-tic operation was required .Conclusion Applying free flap from the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery and bridging digital artery is a good method for treating patients with finger skin defect and arterial rupture .
