| 摘 要： | 损害控制外科在创伤救治的运用极大地提高了救治成功率。胸部创伤的特殊性致使损害控制理念在胸部创伤的运用存在一定的滞后,近些年损害控制理念在救治胸部创伤患者的实践证实其可明显提高患者生存率、减少并发症的发生。笔者就如何合理有效地应用损害控制理念提高胸部创伤救治水平作一探讨。

| Abstract: | The application of damage control surgery raises the successful rescue rate for trauma patients , and reduces the death rate .Particularity of chest trauma limits the use of damage control concept in thoracic surger -y.In recent years ,damage control concept has been gradually applied in the treatment of patients with chest trau -ma.Those practices showed that damage control surgery could improve the survival rate of chest trauma and de -crease complications.Therefore,how to apply damage control concepts reasonably and efficiently in chest trauma has been the focus of clinical treatment . |
