双钢板夹持内固定治疗复杂Pilon骨折

目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗复杂Pilon骨折的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2012年6月双钢板内固定治疗的15例复杂Pilon骨折患者，男性11例，女性4例；年龄19—54岁，平均41岁。按照MtillerAO分型均属于C型，其中c2型4例，c3型11例。结果全部患者均获得1年以上随访，全部骨性愈合，无深部感染；按照踝关节评分系统Mazur标准：优7例，良6例，可1例，差1例；优良率86．7％。结论采用合适的双钢板夹持治疗复杂Pilon骨折，能够恢复关节面平整性，增加踝关节稳固性；利于早期功能锻炼，减少并发症的发生，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Internal fixation with double plates for complicated Pilon fracture

Objective To study the clinical effect and methods of the internal fixation with double plates in the treatment of complicated Pilon fractures. Methods Fifteen Pilon fracture patients were treated by double plates from Jan. 2009 to Jun. 2012 ,including 11 males and 4 females in the 19 - 54 years age range （ mean 41 years old ）. According to the Muller AO classification, there were 4 eases of type C2,11 cases of type C3. Results All patients were followed up for more than one year. All cases achieved osseous healing without deep infection. According to the Mazur score system for ankle function,7 cases were excellent,6 good, 1 fair and 1 poor. The rate of excellent and good was 86.7%. Conclusion Appropriate double plates for treating complicated Pilon fractures could restore the integrity and stability of ankle joint, achieve early functional exercise and reduce complications. This therapeutic method is effective for treating complicated Pilon fracture.
