| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胸椎黄韧带骨化症的诊断与治疗。方法:分析对比23例患者的临床表现、影像学检查和手术方法。结果:23例胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者行后路全椎板切除椎管减压术,随访时间平均2.3年,结果优11例,良7例,可2例,差3例,优良率87%,有效率91.3%。结论:CT和MRI是诊断胸椎黄韧带骨化症最直接和最可靠的手段,但要结合临床,手术是治疗胸椎黄韧带骨化症最有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and the treatment of ossification of the ligamentum flaum in the thoracic spine. Methods The clinical manifestations, imaging features and the skills of operation were analyzed and compared in 23 cases. Results All the 23 cases were p erformed posterior laminectomy and decompression. Eleven cases achieved good, 7 were improved, 2 better, 3 showed no effect, the good and progressed rate was 98 %. Conclusion CT and MRI are direct and reliable means, but it shou ld be combined with clinical manifestations. The operation is the most effective means for ossification of the ligamentum flaum. |
