北京市区707例跟骨定量超声测定结果的分析

目的 测定北方我正常成人跟骨定量超声参数，并与１２８例骨疏松症患进行比较。方法 采用ＵＢＳ３０００型定量超声仪，对北京市区５７９名正常成人，年龄为２０至８３岁（女３６６人，男２１３人）跟骨定量超声参数进行测量。结果 跟骨超声振幅衰减（ＢＵＡ）和刚度（ＳＴＩ）的峰值女性在４０～４９岁，男性在５０～５９岁，超声声速（ＳＯＳ）的峰值女性在４０～４９岁，各年龄组的ＢＵＡ、ＳＯＡ和ＳＴＩ匀高于女性。ＢＵＡ

Calcaneal qantitative ultrasound measurements in 707 Beijing subjects

Objective　Tomeature the parameters of calcaneal quantitative ultrasound (QUS) in normal Beijingsubjects,compared with osteoporotic patients.Methods　Calcanealparameters were measured in 579 normal Beijing subjects aged 20 to 83 (366 women and 213men) and 128 osteoporotic patients by UBIS 3000 QUS.Results　The peakvalues of broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) and stiffness (STI) of the calcaneus wereboth in 40-49 years for women and in 50-59 years for men;the peak value of sound of speed(SOS) was in 40-49 years for wemen.BUA,SOS and STI in men were greater than in women indifferent ages.BUA,SOS and STI were significantly lower in 192 postmenopausal women thanin 174 premenopansal women and also they were significantly lower in 128 osteoporoticpatients than in age matched normals.Conclusion　BUA,SOS and STI of thecalcaneus may change with age and they may be used to discriminate premenopausal andpostmenopausal women and to discriminate normal and osteoporotic subjects.
