| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝手术方法.方法:经外环小切口行疝囊高位结扎术.结果:全组326例,平均手术时间20min,其中3例复发,无其他并发症.结论:此方法有切口小、时间短、创伤轻、恢复快、费用低、疤痕不明显等优点,值得推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the methods of treatment by the operation of children's indirect inguinal hernia.Method: To ligat hernia sac at perch by a small oblique incision on superficial inguinal ring.Result: None appeared complication in the group which had 326 samples.And average time of the operation was 20 minutes.Conclusion: The operation have varities of marked merits,such as small incision,litter time,slight trauma,quick recovery,low expense,and unnoticed scar etc.It is worth extending. |
