子宫穿孔16例临床分析

目的 :了解子宫穿孔的手术过程、诊断、处理 ,提高对本症的认识 ,减少并发症的发生。方法 :对本所收治的16例子宫穿孔 ,进行分析、总结。结果 :哺乳期子宫穿孔8例占50 % ,其中放置宫内节育器穿孔5例 ,人工流产穿孔3例 ;非哺乳期放置宫内节育器穿孔4例 ,人工流产穿孔2例 ,取宫内节育器穿孔2例。结论 :为避免发生宫腔操作所致子宫穿孔 ,医生术前要仔细检查 ,术中动作切忌粗暴 ,穿孔后根据不同情况及时处理 ,以免给受术者带来严重危害。

Clinical analysis on 16 cases of uterine perforation

Objective:To understand the operative process,diagnosis and treatment of uterine perforation,so as to improve the knowledge of this disease and reduce the occurrence of complication.Methods:16 cases with uterine perforation treated in our institute were analysed and summarized.Results:Half of the uterine perforation happened in the lactation uterus.5 cases of them were caused by intrauterine device(IUD) and 3 cases were due to artificial abortion.In the non-lactation period,the number of artificial abortion,putting in and taking out the IUD was 2,4 and 2 respectively.Conclusion:In order to prevent the uterine perforation caused by intrauterine pracedure,doctors should carefully inspect before operation,avoid rude action during the operation and treat the perforation according to different conditions,only by these can we avoid the severe damage brought to the patients.
